Drop your weapons!
MTV made Teen Mom history when they decided to give the boot to Farrah Abraham. It was the first time they had ever completely severed ties with one of their primary cast members. Since then, it seems some of the cast members are walking on eggshells because now it’s clear that MTV isn’t messing around!
Now, Jenelle Evans is on the chopping block just like her Teen Mom OG counterpart. This comes after her own husband, David Eason, was fired! MTV stopped filming Jenelle for six weeks while they decided whether or not to fire her. Now, the network has come to a conclusion about the dismal fate of Jenelle’s Teen Mom OG career.
Up in the Air
They say that you shouldn’t bite the hand that feeds you, but apparently Jenelle Evans didn’t get the memo. After they fired her husband David Eason for his homophobic rant, it seemed that Jenelle’s own employment was up in the air. In fact, it was revealed that MTV was considering cutting ties with Jenelle as well.
Apparently, Jenelle’s recent side job is only upsetting MTV even more.
“Everything Jenelle has done lately is pushing back at MTV,” the insider said. “And they haven’t decided if they’re going to fire her or not yet.”
Now, ironically it seems that Jenelle is the one who is about to back out of the professional relationship! “Jenelle really didn’t want to film again, because she wanted David to be on camera with her. So she hired a lawyer but the network refused to give in to her demands,” an insider informed Radar Online. “She finally came to an agreement with MTV, but no one is certain that she will actually film.”
The source revealed that Barbara and Jace will certainly be filming, but Jenelle may be a no-show of her own accord.
Baby Come Back!
“Jenelle is being so stubborn, and no one is sure she will show up,” the source said. “There is so much money on the line, but Jenelle makes really dumb decisions since getting together with David. MTV is worried she won’t let them film after all.”
In the meantime, Jenelle is making some pretty hefty demands from MTV in hopes they will rehire her.
“Jenelle hired an entertainment lawyer to negotiate with MTV,” a source dished to Radar Online. “But the network wasn’t giving in to any of her demands.”
