Is her time up?
A lot has changed in the world of Jenelle Evans in the past few weeks alone. Things were shaken up when her husband, David Eason, was fired from the show after airing his homophobic views publicly on Twitter. There’s no doubt that this was a serious hit to their household. On top of losing his stardom, David also lost his primary source of income! Now, things may be even worse for the family.
It seems that MTV simply cannot decide what to do with Jenelle Evans. Should she stay, or should she go? Now, they’ve put a hold on filming her entirely, and it seems this is her last season with Teen Mom OG.

Jenelle Evans was definitely not happy when she found out that her husband, David Eason, was fired from his role on Teen Mom after his homophobic tirade. “David Eason’s personal comments do not reflect the views of MTV. With six weeks left of production on ‘Teen Mom 2,’ effective immediately, we are ending our relationship with him,” read a statement by MTV released Feb. 20, 2018.
Even though things looked bad for the Easons, Jenelle probably never realized that she was also at risk of losing her job!
MTV has yet to comment on Jenelle’s current employment status, but actions speak louder than words. Now it seems clear things aren’t looking good for her, since she’s no longer filming with the network.

“There are no plans to film with Jenelle for at least six weeks,” a source close to Jenelle spilled to Radar Online. “There is no filming schedule for her right now.”
Even though Jenelle’s own employment is up in the air, she’s trying to get more demands met by MTV.
“Jenelle has been trying to get MTV to hire David back, as well as making outrageous money demands and they’re not backing down,” the source revealed.
Pushing Back

Apparently, Jenelle’s recent side job is only upsetting MTV even more.
“Everything Jenelle has done lately is pushing back at MTV,” the insider said. “And they haven’t decided if they’re going to fire her or not yet.”
In the meantime, Jenelle and David are claiming that MTV hasn’t actually fired them at all!
