Matt Baier continues to be a complete enigma to everyone, including his fiancée Amber Portwood. The pair hooked up under strange circumstances and lies (after Matt was asking out multiple Teen Mom cast members), and now it looks like he’s being unfaithful to Amber. He’s got quite a history of romancing then dumping women under his belt. But how did it all begin between Amber and Matt? We’ve got their very first tweets to each other.

On the Season 3 opener of Teen Mom OG, it was revealed that Matt Baier had been talking about a few of the cast members for a while, and he lied to Amber about it which made her mad enough to postpone their wedding.
Matt tweeted to Farrah several times, saying that she was beautiful and he “would be honored” to take her out. Farrah said hell no, but Amber was way more impressed when he started hitting her up.

It all started on July 22nd, 2014, after Matt had already asked Farrah out and called her beautiful.
Matt tweeted that Amber, “ROCKS!!!,” and “Wishing you the best Amber (despite the fact that you still don’t follow me, and I’m always nice to you. Just sayin)”
That’s some creepy fanboy talk already. But it falls in line with Matt’s rather agressive and crass texts to other women recently.

Continuing his fanboy behavior, Matt tried to impress Amber by saying that she was way better than Jenelle.
He tweeted, “Everyone should follow [Amber] and not [Jenelle]. Amber is a role model. Jenelle just rolls joint. America loves train wrecks. [Amber is a great mom and has turned her life around has only 65K followers but [Jenelle] has 1M?”
