She's opening up!
Even though the Teen Mom cast may seem like they’re just characters from a television show, that’s definitely not the case. All the Moms are real people just like their viewers — and that means dealing with the same frustrations, fears, and experiences that everyone else has to face throughout their lives. Leah Messer proved this firsthand, reporting that she was the victim of a recent theft.
For Leah’s fans, this theft will likely be upsetting. But it was likely much more upsetting for Leah and her children who were victims of the crime.
Out of Nowhere
Teen Mom 2 has just finished airing, which means that it will be harder to keep completely up-to-date on the day-to-day lives of the Teen Mom stars. Luckily, all of the stars keep in touch with their fans on social media to inform them about updates, even during the hiatus. Normally, Leah Messer’s daily updates are uplifting, as she posts inspirational quotes and adorable pictures of her three little girls. Unfortunately, this update wasn’t nearly as cheerful as they normally are.
Christmas is right around the corner, and having children means being dedicated to keeping the holiday magic alive. That’s why Leah packed up her three little girls and rode off to pick up their very own Christmas tree to take home and decorate. The family of four were probably looking forward to a night of decorating, Christmas music, and maybe even some hot chocolate, but they realized that they had been a victim of a crime when they returned to their home.
“Someone seriously stole our Christmas tree while we ran into a store to get a tree stand,” Leah shared on Twitter, adding, “What the hell?”
Unfortunately, her three daughters were forced to see that, sometimes, life doesn’t go the way you want it to. Ali surprised Leah by responding in a super positive way. “Ali’s response to what happened gives me hope for the next generation! #raisingthemright,” the star tweeted.
Ali’s response? “Apparently someone was in need of [the tree] more than us.” Leah added, “[Ali] also said they probably won’t have a good Christmas now because stealing was bad, that we weren’t going to let it ruin our Christmas spirit because maybe they needed one.”
Fans reached out to Leah with their sympathy, but some of them even had some suggestions.
“Tell the girls it was the grinch and play the movie for them!” wrote Twitter user @aspyn_snow. “That would be an amazing childhood memory for them.” Leah responded, “Oh they love the grinch!! Addie would want me to take her to visit and have a sit down.”
This isn’t the only update that Leah shared over Twitter. Leah is no stranger to being followed by rumors about her relationships status, lifestyle, and parenting — but now, many fans are convinced that Leah may be hiding a pregnancy. Probably because of the fact that Leah and Jeremy have allegedly been discussing getting back together, many fans are convinced they might be having another little one running around sooner rather than later!
Leah has finally spoken out about this particular rumor, Tweeting, “I’m NOT pregnant!!!” with two laughing emojis.
