The 34-year-old James Miller Eason was arrested on March 21st at 11 AM in Brunswick County. This wasn’t as simple of a crime as his brother and Jenelle are used to (if you could describe their crimes as simple).
James was locked up with three counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of larceny after break/entering, five counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny after break/enter, injury to real property, three counts of misdemeanor larceny, and attempting to break and enter a building. That’s a lot of charges!

That morning, James was one busy man swiping high and low-end goodies from five cars and four homes, allegedly.
He stole a 55-inch television from one home, two beers and sunglasses from another home, and an iPad from a vehicle. His multiple break-ins occurred between 2 and 7 AM.

If the Eason’s want James out, they need only pay the $250,000 bond, and he’ll be walking the streets again, until his court date. With all of those charges against him, he may be spending a lot of time behind bars.
