Farrah hasn’t dated seriously for most of the series, but she seems to have found a long term partner in Simon Saran. The couple has been a bit on-and-off over the past few years, but they always seem to come back to each other.
Simon has been a controversial figure in the Teen Mom world and has been quick to criticize/call out the other stars of the show.

Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley’s relationship was the source of much of the drama on the first few seasons of Teen Mom. The couple had their daughter, Leah, in 2008 and fought to stay together until they finally broke up for good in 2013.

Gary is currently married to Kristina Anderson; the couple has a daughter of their own. After a custody battle that concluded in May 2016, Gary has retained primary custody of Leah with Amber paying child support. The exes seem to be on okay terms now that everything is settled, despite their tumultuous history together.
