In the clip, Leah sits down with her sister Victoria to discuss the situation while her daughters play. “Jeremy texted me and said he wants to talk to me,” Leah confesses. “And he’s been commenting on every single one of my pictures and being super weird.”
“I think in a way, you kind of have a feeling of what it’s going to be about… Maybe he wants to go to dinner!” Victoria says. But Leah isn’t having it.
“Maybe it’s about Addie’s birthday party…” she says. “He asked me to do Addie’s birthday party together. Maybe that’s what it’s about.”
“I dunno,” Victoria replies. “He might be trying to get his way back in!”
At the time, Leah apparently had no interest in that! “Trying to get back together with me?” she says. “I sure as hell hope not!”
Sure, Leah. Sure.
In the meantime, Leah has more than enough on her plate. She’s recently come under fire for the way she’s raising her daughters.

“Leah let the girlses get acrylic nailses,” shared user bippityboppityb*tch on reddit. In Leah’s short Snapchat update, she shares that Aleeah and Ali both got full acrylic nails with the caption, “I’m doomed.” For anyone who’s had acrylic nails before, it’s easy to see why this was such a controversial choice among Leah’s fans.
“I personally think this is way too young for those. They f*ck your real nails up for a long time and they’re expensive to maintain,” wrote user MommyOfOnee. “Why didn’t she just let them get press on nails? That’s easy enough. Jesus acrylics are going to shred their baby nails,” wrote ghsted. User HeidiFloss agreed, “Breaking a nail hurts! Kids play too much for all that.” User tiais0107 even thinks Leah may be spoiling her daughters, writing, “I personally don’t think this is right. Acrylic nails are for adults and they are expensive. Leah is making a rod for her own back because what’s cute at 9 becomes entitled/ demanding at 15!” They added, “I had them over a decade ago and my nail bed is still damaged.”
Recently, Leah’s parenting is coming under fire even more. She’s recently been blasted by fans for her daughter Aleeah’s behavior in the most recent episode of Teen Mom 2.
“Today, I’m taking Aleeah to the therapist for the first time,” Leah spilled in a voiceover in the episode. “Are you excited?” Leah asked her daughter. “How do you feel? Tell me your feels!”
“I feel weird,” Aleeah explained to her mother.
“I felt weird the first time I went to therapy,” Leah revealed. “Did you know that I went to therapy?”
Aleeah made a funny face and said, “Duh!!” which didn’t sit right with Leah.
“That’s just rude!” the mother of three said. “So d*mn rude.”
But Aleeah seemed uncomfortable and explained, “I don’t know how to start a conversation [with the therapist].”
“The way I look at a therapist is as if I want to connect with them as a friend or someone that I can be open and honest with and trust.” But while Leah spoke, Aleeah continued to make funny faces and play on her phone. “What’s the face? If you can’t have a serious conversation…”
“I am gonna talk!” Aleeah screamed to her mother. Then she started kicking the back of the car seat with her feet.
“You’re not gonna talk!” Leah screamed back. “I’ve been trying to talk to you! I talk and you look like a brat back there with your eyes rolled behind your head making faces! And then I get upset because you look like that but you won’t stop?! You want to be a smart alek, so I really, really hope the appointment goes well.”
Leah has apparently been feeling the heat from fans’ backlash, because she took to Twitter to clear things up.

“You don’t know that it’s a struggle for her to accept that her sister has [muscular dystrophy] and she just wants her to be able to play with her and chase her back outside!” she wrote. She went on:
“You dont know that she wakes up every day feeling like she has to protect her from BULLIES at school! You don’t know. YOU DONT KNOW… that she holds so many feelings inside because she wants her best friend to be healthy and everything be okay!! YOU DONT KNOW that she has hid so much guilt, pain, and resentment in all this time because she’s a CHILD and just didn’t understand WHY. THERES SO MUCH MORE but I’m going to leave it here … YOU DONT KNOW HER STORY, but I KNOW …”
But some fans didn’t even think Leah needed to defend herself, and that Aleeah’s behavior was to be expected from her situation.
“Gracie’s actions and thoughts are perfectly appropriate for a school-aged child in her situation, and I think it’s great that Leah encourages her to talk about her feelings and is there to support her,” wrote reddit user Guaco-Taco. “However, what could have been even better is if Leah didn’t broadcast the highlights from Gracie’s therapy session on national tv.” User Chachibald pointed out, “Am I crazy, because I really don’t think Gracie’s behavior is that bad! Seems like normal sibling rivalry to me. Not saying that she shouldn’t have therapy to deal with these issues, but…is ALI getting any counseling? I mean, she’s a little kid, watching her own body deteriorate, and seeing her siblings leave her behind developmentally. That’s got to mess a kid up inside. :(“
Luckily, Leah has some good news coming out of her neck of the woods as well. She’s recently shared that her pregnant sister Victoria has just gotten married!
