In the heat of the moment, Jenelle and David put Jace in the car with them, then leave. Since Jenelle doesn’t have custody of Jace, the producers called the police.

Barbara then decides to bring on the waterworks for the cameras. “Does everyone understand this is why I can’t let her have him?” she screamed.

Barbara then fell to the ground sobbing. She wanted to file a kidnapping report against David Eason; she even told him that she wanted him to go to jail. However, she decided not to press charges because that meant she would have had to press charges against Jenelle also.
