Matt wanted to meet up with Tiffany, so he devised a plan to invite her to Vegas for New Year’s Eve, along when his entire crew, including Amber, Amber’s brother, and Matt’s weird friend Jeff.

Matt was trying to hide his relationship with Tiffany by using his buddy Jeff as a cover, but Tiffany said, “On Christmas, Matt told me that he ‘loved’ me. It was odd, but with all the flirting going on, I just brushed it off.”

Making the Move

While in Vegas, Matt finally made his move on her. She explained, “Two o’clock in the morning, Matt comes into my room, supposedly to pick up some souvenirs, left on the table. He just wakes me up, and decides that we’re going to have sex. No warning… no anything. I’m like shaking, I froze… I didn’t do anything to stop it.”

Jeff walked in on them and the event quickly ended, but Jeff explained to her that Matt has used him before to get to women.Tiffany claims she didn’t feel like she was raped, but that Matt was totally overstepping his boundaries.

He’s engaged

Tiffany explains that she got close to Matt because she just wanted to get his money to open her business, saying, “He’s engaged, and on national television… I never really thought this was going to happen. I figured if I entertained it, and played around with him, and sexted with him, eventually the business side would happen.”

She also believes that he realized that and toyed with her about the business while she was incredibly vulnerable.

Tiffany was asked to be a part of the Being Matt special; she used the opportunity to expose Matt, but it didn’t go as planned. She said, “I told [producer] Kiki that I was taken advantage of in Vegas – not sexually assaulted – but absolutely taken advantage of mentally, and emotionally manipulated.”

That’s when Matt and Tiffany finally had their falling out. Matt didn’t like how close Tiffany and Jeff were getting ,and he didn’t like her talking about their tryst to anyone, so he left her a voicemail about continuing with their venture without Jeff. Matt even refers to Jeff as “Fat Boy.”
