What’s a PFA?

For those of you who are wondering, PFAs are a type of restraining order that (in Delaware, at least) are issued by the Family Court. They are often used by “former spouses,” “persons who are or were involved in a substantive dating relationship,” or “persons living separately with a child in common.”

According to a report by Radar Online, Javi disclosed to them that this particular PFA bars him from contacting Kailyn for a year unless it is to discuss their son, Lincoln.
He also called the legal action on Kail’s part “pathetic…” But he didn’t stop there.

As usual, the reality star took to Twitter to air his grievances with his ex-wife to the world.
“I guess people are desperate when they have no ammo they’ll make up lies to try to take me down.” He followed it up by assuring followers that he “never once put [his] hands on any female.” He revealed that “texting someone the truth,” was the only “abuse” cited in the order.
