She's moving on!
Like most of her co-stars, Kailyn Lowry has been on Teen Mom 2 for almost a decade now. Even though it’s no secret that the girls make some pretty serious dough from the show, the truth is, Teen Mom isn’t going to be airing forever. Eventually, the girls will have to figure out what to do with their lives when the cameras stop rolling and the paychecks stop coming!
Kailyn has been vocal about her goals to graduate college, and, after six years, she made it happen. Now, this “Mom of 3 Plus A Degree” is figuring out what her next step will be professionally.
Well, it looks like she’s narrowed in on something she’s passionate about, and she’s announced her new job path to her fans!

Moving On

Kailyn Lowry got her degree in communications, and we’ve seen her studying radio, television, and other media outlets on the show. Not to mention the fact that she certainly knows what the ins-and-outs of TV production look like since she’s been on one for so long!
She’s discussed going back to school to get her Master’s degree, but lately it looks like she’s trying to forge a career path while she still has her Teen Mom 2 fame. So when she recently announced a new job, fans were excited to see what it was all about!
New Podcast

She took to Instagram to share the big news. The update reads, “New Podcast: Coffee Convos Coming Soon, with Kailyn Lowry & Lindsie Chrisley.” We don’t know much about the podcast yet, other than that it’s hosted by Wave podcast network. It seems safe to assume that it’ll be casual conversation between Kail and Lindsie, who is Todd Chrisley’s daughter and a star of the show Chrisley Knows Best.

So will fans be tuning in? Well, it’s likely that Kailyn will get a good amount of subscribers from her Teen Mom 2 fan base, but viewers on Reddit seemed less than interested. “No. I don’t plan to [listen],” wrote user feralfarrah. “I dont care about Lindsey no offense and once a week on TM is enough [Kailyn] time for me.” Others were more turned off by her costar, like user zuesk134, who wrote, “is that the oldest chrisley daughter? because HARD PASS to her.”
That said, many people were planning to listen, too. “I like to listen to podcasts while on my walks so I probably will,” wrote user HorrorComedy. “I’d also watch a kail spinoff though because I enjoy her Snapchat videos.”
User unique_usernameY2K wrote, “Me. I totally will. But I can’t stand her. So we will see how many episodes I make it through.” As for user Dub87, they wrote they probably won’t listen, but “congrats to her for creating her own opportunities in her field.”
This isn’t the only announcement that Kailyn had for her career path recently! She also shared that she filmed a pilot of a new show she’s been working on.
“I filmed a pilot with one of my friends back in March so I am hoping to edit that and try to get it out there,” Kailyn said in an interview with Radar Online. “I want to pitch it and see what happens.”
So what exactly is her show about? Well, Kailyn went with what she knows. “It’s a TV show about working moms with a spin to it,” she said.
