Jenelle has yet to reveal the explicit details about what went down, but she tweeted, “After letting the manager know at @AmericanAir I was rudely treated. Was assaulted at the airport. Tried to grab my phone out of my hands!”
This greatly concerned American Airlines, who promptly tweeted her back.

“You’re [sic] comments concern us, Jenelle. Please DM us your record locator and details,” tweeted American Airlines.
She then deleted her original tweet and said that she did, in fact, send them her information.
