That's not Javi's baby!
Javi Marroquin hasn’t had much to say about Kailyn Lowry having her third child just a year after she separated from him; he’s trying to stay above all the drama and stay on the straight-and-narrow for his son Lincoln. He didn’t even want to be in town while Kailyn was giving birth to her new son, so he hit the road and occupied his mind with more important things.

Kailyn’s Predicament

Kailyn is the happy mama to a brand new 7-pound, 15-ounce boy. She finally gave birth on Saturday, August 5th. It’s not clear if the child’s father Chris Lopez was there with her; the guy has been pretty hands off ever since Kailyn realized that she was pregnant with his child.
Kailyn has previously said that the pregnancy was planned, but perhaps she believed that Chris was going to be more involved than he really was. The mom-of-three possibly also thought that her ex-husband or first baby daddy would be there to help her out some, but Javi doesn’t want to be anywhere near this love child. He said that he and his son Lincoln “haven’t seen the baby yet.”

Javi may not have a lot of choices when it comes to Kailyn. Although he’s been seen on her social media, helping out with his son and even her first child with Jo Rivera, Javi is legally relegated to only contacting Kailyn through text message about their child Lincoln, according to a mutually agreed upon Protection From Abuse Order.
Kailyn filed for the order after he sent her many angry text messages when he found out that she was pregnant with another guy’s child. In part, Javi was angry about the men that she was allowing to be around his child that he didn’t personally know.
