Javi Breaks Down Crying, Wants Kailyn Back!

Kailyn and Javi finalized their divorce last year after trying again and again to make things work. Even though they’re not currently together, they tried their hardest to work it out for their kid’s sake during their stint on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. For anyone who knows anything about how that show works, they don’t pull any punches.

In one clip, Javi got hooked up to a lie detector and asked, “Did you cheat?” In another, Kailyn is shocked to hold divorce papers in her hands. But the most surprising clip of all showed Kailyn and Javi stand across from each other to discuss the current state of their relationship.

The fanbase has mixed feelings about Javi. Some see him as patient and compassionate, but other people think he was in the wrong in their relationship. Whatever your opinions on Javi, it’s hard not to feel for him when he breaks down crying and asks Kailyn “to try one last time.” Kailyn’s response isn’t included in the clip, but from her stoic look (and what we know has happened since), it’s not likely she felt the same way at the time.

Working Together

To date, Kailyn and Javi haven’t shared the whole story of what led to their divorce, and fans are anxious to see if Marriage Boot Camp clears anything up. If it doesn’t, here’s something that might: Kailyn and Javi’s upcoming co-authored tell-all.

Javi updated with a cover of the book that he posted on his Instagram account. The cover reads, “There are always two sides to every story. This is ours.” Below it is the title He Said She Said, each on two different sides of a heart.

This comes after Kailyn made several attempts to block Javi from publishing a tell-all of his own. “I have read the book. I actually read it twice,” Kailyn revealed to Radar Online. “I just feel really bad that he feels the need to put every single detail out. There are other ways to stay relevant.”

For the most part, fans were not particularly impressed about the announcement. “They must really think they’re so important that people are gonna read a he said she said book? And then what? We all know how it ended. ‘How to make money on your divorce’ would have been better,” Reddit user parfoistoujours wrote.

“Ya… so the Kail-Javi drama was basically skimmed over on TM2 and Kail was pretty adamant about not discussing it on camera,” agreed user ROFL_stilktskin. “Now it really seems like it was bc they both wanted to cash in via MBC and a book deal… you would think MTV would eventually say enough is enough.”
