The first bit of evidence that we had that something was up came in the form of casting calls from MTV that read, “Our goal is to give viewers a look inside the realities of pregnancy – from morning sickness to managing relationships with boyfriends and/or parents and everything in-between, ultimately to the day of the baby’s arrival and beyond. The major cable network is looking for fun, charismatic, and outgoing women, who appear to be between the ages of 18-21, who would like to share their personal story about this life-changing and complicated journey.”
But that’s not all. The latest evidence shows that MTV wants to have their new crop of ladies live in the same state so that they can interact with each other.

Redditor Speculation stated, “I don’t want to get too specific about my source, because she was told not to tell anybody, but she obviously told me because we’re best friends and have been obsessed with the show for years, haha. But she has a two degree connection to one of the girls and knows that they are filming a BBQ tomorrow with all 4 girls..she said it’s legit Teen Mom NJ, all from south Jersey and the girl she knows is currently pregnant. Interesting that they’re all from the same state. She thinks the girl she has the connection to is 19..and she also said she’s bats**t crazy!”
It’s believed that MTV doesn’t want to just focus on the lives of the girls separately, they want them to interact with each other like you would see on a Real Housewives episode.

A photo has been circulating on social media purporting to show a camera crew filming a few pregnant teens at a fair in Cumberland County, New Jersey. The crew said that they were filming Teen Mom, but wouldn’t give more details.
