He'd love to never see Matt again
This is set to be one explosive episode of Teen Mom OG. The Reunion Special will be full of hard-hitting questions directed at all of the cast members and their families, yet one person will be noticeably absent. Matt Baier, Amber Portwood’s fiancé, said that he will be having surgery and can’t attend the taping. Everyone has their own opinion on why he really won’t be there, and Farrah Abraham’s father, Michael, is one of them.

We’ve seen a lot of Farrah’s father Michael since Farrah was featured on 16 & Pregnant. Him and his wife Debra tried to do everything for their daughter, but she had a way of walking all over them. It contributed to their divorce, and their strained relationship with their children and grandchildren.
But they’ve all been trying to renew their relationships on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition, and Michael will be on the upcoming Teen Mom OG: Reunion Special.

Starcasm reached out to Michael to talk about his appearance on the show and what he thinks about Matt Baier deciding not to appear on it. Matt forced Michael to the ground when they were last together as Amber was ready to attack Farrah.
He doesn’t believe that Amber has officially moved on from Matt. He thinks it may just be a fraud.
He said, “I’ll believe it when I see it because all the false and manipulated public relation stories that have recently come from them and their management are ever changing.”

Michael also stated his thoughts about why he thinks Matt may be skipping the show, “I saw the rumors … so called surgery… possibly a real break up from Amber… we will have to see. But I’ll say this – if he’s not there it shows he is not committed to supporting Amber no matter what ….. AND he is NOT committed to the MTV Teen Mom franchise.
And yes, I can say this. I’ve been here supporting my daughter from the beginning and he has NOT. We all knew the filming date…. we were all informed – there is NO excuse for him to not be there, unless he is finished.”
