Cole DeBoer just unveiled his newest tattoo, and fans definitely have mixed opinions. It doesn’t much matter what anyone else thinks since it’s already tattooed on his body, but people are not keeping quiet about it!
Chelsea Houska and her family are fairly active on social media, and this time it is no different. Recently, Chelsea’s father, Randy Houska, shared important health information on Twitter.
Her father is a dentist, and retweeted a post about the importance of dental health for pregnant women.
“Taking care of your oral health during your pregnancy is vital to the health of your child,” the tweet read. “Studies show a connection between pregnant women with gum disease and premature and low birth weight among children.”
“#Truth for mothers to be,” Randy commented on the retweet.
Chelsea has also promoted healthy living on Twitter recently, posting about near death experience. “So I want to share something that’s probably going to seem really random,” her tweet began. “But I feel like I can’t be the only person that wouldn’t have known what to do in this type of situation.”
“A couple of weeks ago, I was rushing to eat (steak) and I started choking. SERIOUSLY choking. It would not move up & I could not swallow,” read her second tweet.
Choking is a serious matter! According to the National Safety Council, “choking is the fourth leading cause of unintentional death.” Thousands of people die from choking every year.
“Luckily, Cole was home and he performed the Heimlich and was able to get it out! All I kept thinking about was WHAT IF I had been home alone?” she wrote.
She shared a video on how to do the Heimlich Maneuver, and it is a good thing Cole was around. Cole obviously loves his wife, and has decided to prove it in a manner more permanent than marriage.
His new tattoo is a tribute to his wife, and is a depiction of the moment he proposed to Chelsea.
