It’s not a big secret as to why Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 are so wildly popular after eight years on the air; there’s tons of drama, tears, yelling, crying, and bad situations among the happy, funny, and silly moments. It’s not easy having a baby while you’re in your teen years, and that’s what these shows were meant to teach. Teenage mothers aren’t likely to stay with their baby’s father, but they’re very likely to have multiple children before they’re 30 years old (which only compounds their troubles). These moments from our favorite shows made us gasp.

Jenelle’s Pregnancy Reveal

The way we found out that Jenelle was pregnant with her youngest child Ensley wasn’t the best. On July 6th, 2016, David rear-ended a car while driving with Jenelle as a passenger. When the police came to get statements, she told them that she was 10 weeks pregnant. Before this information got out, she denied being preggers to her mom and the MTV crew.
