Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer had a blast rekindling old flames this weekend for her birthday. Her and her ex-husband and baby daddy Jeremy Calvert opted for a fun night out on the town instead of a child swap. They appeared quite comfortable in each others’ presence, from the looks of the photos that Messer herself snapped and posted to her Instagram. This has fans wondering if the two will try to arrange more than just child support payments and alimony for the future.

The two were married in April 2012; they welcomed their daughter Adalynn into their blended family soon after. With Messer already a mother to twin girls by her first husband Corey Simms, this was her second chance at making a marriage work.
Jeremy and Leah eventually called it quits in 2015, after dealing with a series of rocky circumstances revolving around the couple’s strained and sometimes distanced marital status and Leah’s stint in rehab for stress and depression.

None of the drama of the past seemed to matter Saturday night though, as it appeared the two had finally reached a more than amicable place.
With Jeremy recently breaking it off with ex-fiancee Brooke Wehr, it seems the new bachelor was back on the market… single and ready to mingle.
Leah, who has been coined for being a “Fertile Myrtle,” held a mischievous glow in the photos she snapped and posted to her IG account. If Jeremy is heartbroken about his recent love loss Messer was there to stroke more than his bruised ego it seemed.

It looks like Calvert (fresh out of options and dignity) can be seen in most of the photographic evidence warming up to Leah and possibly the idea of the two being an item again.
Neither of them have skipped a beat and perhaps now that they’re older, wiser and bit more experienced at the game of love …reconciliation just might be possible.
