She totally went off!
A lot has changed in Amber Portwood’s life since the finale of Teen Mom OG‘s last season — and we mean a lot. She went from dating Matt Baier and planning a wedding to the man she claimed was her soulmate to having a baby with an entirely new man. It’s true that when you know, you know, but many fans were surprised to see just how quickly Amber started an entirely new life with someone else. Even those who support everything that Amber does were a bit apprehensive to see her moving so fast.
After Amber posted this snap of her baby daddy Andrew hanging out with her daughter Leah, she received a barrage of complaints from fans. Now, Amber has explained exactly where she stands on the issue in a furious Instagram rampage!

For single mothers, dating is a twofold challenge. Since your child comes first, playing a significant role in everything, relationships aren’t simply about you and your significant other. That’s why when Amber started dating Andrew Glennon, many fans’ first thoughts were of Leah.
Leah had a strong relationship with Amber’s ex, Matt, who helped take care of her while she was visiting with Amber. Going from Matt to Andrew so quickly could easily be confusing for such a young girl, but that’s the situation Amber — and subsequently Leah — is in.
Now that Amber is pregnant with Andrew’s child, it’s clear Andrew is going to be sticking around for a very long time. He will be the father of Leah’s new half-sibling!
No matter how you slice it though, this is a pretty quick move. So, fans expressed concerns straight to Amber after she shared this picture of Andrew and Leah hanging out in bed.

“I like Amber and I said she’s come a long way,” user @giggles2laugh wrote. “But she brings men in to her daughters life seemingly quickly and to see this girl next to a man she knows less than 8 months I’m going to say. Even under a year. It’s not like they’ve been a family for a long time. I just felt uneasy that she’d put and or let her daughter be in the position/situation.”
User sheenajeanbrown wrote, “It’s seriously so sad though that it seems you can’t be the mother you need to be unless you are in a relationship and ‘playing house.’”
Many other commenters wrote similar messages to Amber, and she fired back quickly — and angrily.
“Anyone with rude and obscene comments can f**k off!!” she captioned an Instagram update of the middle finger.
“I share my life and family with you all however that doesn’t mean I need everyone’s ignorant opinions! It’s sad when my 9 year old thinks a picture is funny and cute and I can’t even post it without fucked up comments from ignorant people. I have an amazing daughter and a loving and brilliant man. Andrew is a kind hearted loving man and takes good care of his new growing family! Send love not hate!! “
Many fans sounded off with support, telling Amber to simply block the haters. That didn’t stop more negative comments from flooding her new update! User @ntessier wrote, “Pretty sure you said the same sh*t about matt too.” User @eastwood1983 said, “you are too depressed to spend time with Leah, yet you can fly and visit a man!!”
