Maybe because there’s so much craziness going on in the world, Kailyn Lowry‘s fourth pregnancy has seemed to fly by. It seems like only yesterday that she was revealing her pregnancy, and now her due date is just around the corner.

But this pregnancy hasn’t been easy, and fans are increasingly concerned about what she’s recently shared.

The one thing that pregnant woman should try to minimize as much as possible is stress. Unfortunately, Kailyn Lowry has had a lot of it.

Not only is she facing down her on-and-off relationship with her baby daddy Chris Lopez, but a global pandemic isn’t exactly helping.

But now she’s opening up about the perils of her fourth pregnancy that go beyond this.

“I am at the heaviest weight I’ve ever been — before I got pregnant and then obviously now while I’m pregnant,” Kailyn revealed on a recent episode of her podcast, Coffee Convos, which she co-hosts with fellow reality star Lindsie Chrisley.

“So that’s been a little hard, but also I haven’t had any real complications,” she added.

“Like, I just haven’t. My glucose is good. All my stuff is good. So I went into the doctor today and I saw a new doctor.”

That’s when she found out a new concerning update.

“I know that I’m anemic and I’ve known that I’m anemic for years, but he was telling me how he wanted to make sure I was taking my iron and I said, ‘Yeah,’ and he told me that with every pregnancy you lose more blood, which is new to me,” Kailyn shared.

She added, “Why is this the first time that I’m hearing this with baby number four at over 37 weeks?”
