Why Fans are Convinced Leah Messer is Pregnant

When Dr. Drew asks what’s next for Leah and Don, she insists, “We’re going to continue to be friends! I’m going to continue to hang out with him in Costa Rica!”

But Leah’s sister is quick to spill that Leah may not be giving us the full story.

“You called him what?” Victoria hints. “Your Costa Rican what?” (What, Leah? Costa Rican love, perhaps?)

“What are you saying?!” Leah exclaims. “She’s lying, by the way!”

“That’s going to be their private secret, we’re not going to get to hear it,” Dr. Drew says.

As for Don, he says, “I’m happy as long as [Leah] is happy!”

Meanwhile, Victoria has enough drama on her own!
