It looks like the legal trouble isn’t over just yet for anyone who has ever been in a relationship with Jenelle Evans!
One of her exes is currently on the run from the law. A warrant is out for his arrest for violating parole, and he has yet to be located. No one has heard from him since June…so where is he?!
Yet another one of Jenelle Evans’s lovers is in trouble with the law.
We recently learned that charges against David Eason were dropped. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup got the exclusive scoop on all the details with this case.
If you recall, David was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats by Jenelle’s friend, James Spivey. David was arrested after he threatened James and his partner as they were trying to help Jenelle remove her belongings back when they were getting divorced.
David threatened James’s life and pistol-whipped him. David claimed that James had hit him with a railroad spike coat rack and filed a return assault charge.
According to the outlet, court records show that the charges on both sides were dropped.
“For the [rescheduled] court date, David’s lawyer appeared on his behalf and David wasn’t present,” a source told The Ashely. “Both parties agreed to drop the charges against each other, and also agreed that they would have no contact at all. There was no official ‘no contact’ order placed through the court, though, just a verbal agreement was made.”
The scheduled court dates have since been canceled due to the agreement.
“A new court date was scheduled but has since been canceled since both parties agreed to the terms and the papers have been filed with the court. The judge signed off on it,” the source confirmed. “That next court date was scheduled in case either party backed out of the agreement, but since neither did, the date has been canceled.”
But because David is David, he still has other legal battles on his plate…
He is scheduled to go to court at the end of this month for “self-towing” a stranger’s truck back in 2018. He felt the stranger had parked too close to his boat and took it upon himself to remove the vehicle.
He is also expected to show up in court at the end of October for speeding and driving with a revoked license.
And although David’s legal troubles are interesting enough as it is, that’s not who we’re here to talk about! Nope, we’re here to discuss the infamous Kieffer Delp.
