Everyone has their own personal beliefs and practices, even if they might be a little bit strange. But sometimes people start to believe things that are more than a little alarming, and by the time the tin foil hats are busted out, you know you’re too late.
Mental health in the Teen Mom cast has its ups and downs just like anywhere else, and the stars have been much more forthcoming about their mental health in recent years. Even so, there’s one star that has just revealed some pretty alarming conspiracy theories. Has this Teen Mom star totally gone off the deep end, believing that the government is controlling us?

When Jenelle Evans and David Eason first started getting serious, they decided to purchase property together. That’s when they purchased “The Land,” an expansive property in North Carolina where they and their five children live. It appears to be relatively secluded, and Jenelle has been sharing many “off the grid” pictures of her family enjoying the land. Even though most of them are adorable and carefree, a few recent updates have fans concerned about her and David.
Jenelle shared this picture of David, captioning it “Where’s our next adventure babe?! This day was SO much fun. We need to go back or somewhere next on our list. 🙌🏻🙃 #Hubby #HubbyGoals#Adventures #OffTheGrid #GoodVibes #ThrowBack.”
Chemtrails?!

Fans were quick to take note of the white lines in the sky, and may of them referred to the marks as “chemtrails.” They are likely referring to a conspiracy theory that the government is spraying chemicals across America with mind controlling or population reducing effects. It’s pretty far-reaching stuff, but apparently Jenelle buys into it!
“Yeah isn’t that sh*t crazy?! 😫” Jenelle replied to fans pointing out the so-called chemtrails. “This pic was taken like 2 months ago and now I found out about it yesterday.”
Surprisingly, many viewers in Jenelle’s comments agreed with her! “Wow look at those chem trails! Disgusting,” wrote Instagram user @melly2323. User @mamma_megz wrote, “It’s a shame that though this is a good picture, the chemtrails take away from the beauty. Also a shame to watch people so closed minded to think those are normal.”

But some fans weren’t buying into it. “David is the type of guy to believe that chem trails are somehow poisoning us,” wrote Instagram user @ham_sami. “Do some dang research people. Do not buy into the hysteria that fear mongers like David promote!”
Even Jenelle was thrown off by all the debating happening in the comments of her picture! “Yeah everyone has me confused on here,” she wrote. “Idk what to believe now lol.”
But it turns out that David really does think the government has secret control over nature! “And just when you thought the government couldn’t control the weather,” he shared on Facebook. “Let’s hope they don’t inject those clouds with viruses to help thin out the human population.”
And this isn’t all the stir that Jenelle is making during her “off the grid” adventures.
