Weight can be a tricky thing, and even for those who aren’t constantly followed around by a whole camera crew, it’s easy to get self conscious about the way you look. Add in some difficult experiences like depression or addiction to the mix, and weight loss can become even more difficult. That’s why fans were nothing short of shocked when Tyler Baltierra showed off how much weight he had dropped in recent months.
Now, Tyler is explaining exactly what he did to drop down to his new skinny waistline as he makes his health a priority despite finding himself in difficult times.
Weight loss is often so slow that it’s hard to notice day-by-day, but when Tyler Baltierra posted his before and after pictures, fans were shocked at how much he’s changed. He revealed just how much success he’s had in slimming down when he lost thirty pounds by focusing on his diet. He captioned the comparison,
“26lbs DOWN!!! To be honest I didn’t even want to take a before picture, because I was already thinking of me not sticking with it & then having the evidence of failure to look back on. But DAYYUMM dude!”
He added, “This got me feeling some type of way right now! Left picture was almost 5 weeks ago & Right picture was today. Eating healthier just feels better & obviously looks better hahaha lol BOOM! ????,” he added.
Now he’s spilling what he ate to drop the weight.
“Blackened chicken salad & work!” Tyler captioned this shot of his lunch break while he apparently worked on his clothing line, Tierra Reign. He even shared with a curious fan how he seasons his chicken writing: “Paprika, Fresh Thyme, Rosemary, Creole Seasoning, Pepper, & Garlic Salt.”
It’s clear that Tyler is feeling much better physically and mentally after making the change. “For real though, it feels d*mn good dropping this weight. The cool thing about confidence, is that it looks good on EVERYONE,” he shared.
However, there seems to be a side of Tyler’s weight loss that has fans much more concerned.
“Coffee and a piece of toast for breakfast (the ONLY carb I eat). Then an apple for lunch and a salmon, chicken or sliced steak salad for dinner,” Tyler recently revealed as his meal plan. “No snacking! (Unless it’s an apple or orange.).” he added. “The weight just melts off, BOOM!”
This minimalist diet had fans concerned that Tyler might not be eating enough.
“I’m sorry but that’s not healthy and not a way to effectively lose weight and keep it off,” wrote Reddit user catfor. “The second he eats anything of actual substance his crash diet is going to bite him in the a**.” Others weren’t bothered by this, with user wignewton writing, “i’m so f**king happy for him!!! concentrating on what you can control & better like your home, hobby, parenting, work, & most importantly-health can be so satisfying when horrible things are happening that are out of your hands.”
