If you’ve been following Teen Mom for a while, you probably remember Megan Nelson. Megan is Chelsea Houska’s former best friend; she is a professional makeup artist and has a toddler son Hunter, who was born in 2011.
Chelsea and Megan used to spend all of their time together, but things got tense between them when Megan started dating Adam Lind. (Adam Lind is Chelsea’s baby daddy.) Even though they had a falling out, fans still keep up with Megan, and now she has some big news.

Megan Nelson recently shared the news that she had welcomed a new baby into the world… and it’s a girl! She posted a picture of the newborn on Instagram with the caption “Raelynn Elaine 07/25/17,” adorned with hearts.
In the picture, baby Raelynn is swaddled up in layers of blankets and is wearing an adorable pink hat on her head. It’s clear she came into a family that has a lot of love for her.

Raelynn’s exciting birth comes on the heels of Megan’s announcement that she had a condition known as preeclampsia. This is a complication in pregnancy that is characterized by high blood pressure. Although this didn’t bode well for the pregnancy, Megan shared on Instagram that she would have her pregnancy induced.
She wrote on Instagram, “Thank you everyone for all the prayers you’ve sent Raelynn and I!!! Unfortunately, I do have Preeclampsia.
[BUT] I am getting induced this Monday and we will finally get to meet our sweet baby girl!”
She added, “#GodIsGood #Blessed #37weeks”
