Megan Salmon-Ferrari, a star on Teen Mom UK, was shaken up when she found an Instagram account that looked familiar. She discovered that someone had opened up an Instagram account in her name, pretending to be her. The mother of two was shaken up when she saw the extent to which this troll was willing to go just to disturb her and her fans.

Megan spoke with The Daily Star about the extent to which this troll was willing to go just to get under her skin and the skin of her fanbase. They did this by spreading rumors that her sister had died.
She said, “Someone made a fake account of me on Instagram and put a picture up of my sister and said that she died. And my family on my dad’s side saw it and thought she was actually dead. Obviously I was like ‘What are you talking about, she’s not dead.'”

The troll poured out fake emotion, writing about the “death” of Megan’s sister. “They said that she had committed suicide and they put a whole paragraph up,” she said. “I put a picture of it up on my Instagram and asked everyone to report it.”
