However, according to Javi, their wedding is not on the calendar yet. He told Radar, “Definitely in the future I will propose. The focus is on the baby first.”
When Javi is ready to take the next step, he has a ring ready! Recent Teen Mom 2 episodes revealed that Javi proposed to Briana during their whirlwind romance! Even though she was unwilling to move to Dover for Javi, Lauren was obviously ready to take that step.
The move came as a surprise to fans. Zgal13 wrote, “I will admit I creeped on her Instagram. She seems like very much a family girl. I can’t see her leaving that to move to the Kail zone of side eye rolls and constant pursing of faux lips.”

“Lets just be honest. He’s in the military, they’re probably gonna end up married and in Dover because everyone romanticizes being a MILSO. In order for him to get extra housing/funds for this specific baby, he has to have 51% custody, meaning the baby has to be with him majority of the month. He won’t get the extra money to support the baby without it. And Bri said what Javi wants is a wife and family. Even if Lauren doesn’t wanna marry him, he’ll wear her down. I mean, apparently he used his job and the possibility of future deployments to try and get Bri to marry him, and it pi**ed Roxanne the hell off. I could see him using deployment as a reason to get married, if using the baby and BAH [basic housing allowance] doesn’t work.”
