Simon posted this tweet to his snapchat so that all of his followers could see. The tweet not only calls Catelynn a cow, but it shows her own daughter Nova calling her a cow.
It’s obvious that Simon thinks this is incredibly funny, since he not only added laughing emojis but also called it the “Tweet of the Day”. Catelynn isn’t laughing about this one.
