Radar Online found court documents from the United Bankruptcy Court Southern District of West Virginia showing Jason filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2002, owing over $40,000 in loans and credit card bills. At the time of filing, he was employed at Texas Steakhouse, but for only three weeks.
