Leah Messer Shares Gender Reveal: "FIRST BOY!"

It’s not uncommon for mothers to have multiple children of the same gender. In fact, it happens all the time on Teen Mom alone, with Kailyn Lowry the self-designated “Mom of Boys.”

And even though some parents are perfectly content with the luck of the draw, it’s also not uncommon for some mothers to keep having children in attempts to get one of the opposite gender.

Although Leah Messer has only had two pregnancies, she’s has three daughters: Twins Ali and Aleeah and her daughter Addie. Could she be holding out for a son?

When Leah Messer first found out that she was pregnant when she was only sixteen years old, she was thrown a curveball that none of her other Teen Mom co-stars received: she was pregnant with twins.

Nine short months later, she gave birth to the only twins of the franchise, Ali and Aleeah “Gracie” Simms.

When things ended with their father Corey Simms, it wasn’t long before Leah found herself in the arms of another – Jeremy Calvert. Soon, Leah was pregnant again, and she and Jeremy had Leah’s third daughter, sass queen Addie Calvert. Now, Leah has fans excited at the possibility of having “the first boy of the family.”

“It all started with these two and now it’s time for the FIRST BOY of the family to make an impact!” Leah captioned this shot of Ali and Gracie. “He’s gonna do big things.”

Unfortunately, though fans were thrilled at the idea of Leah having a son, it soon became apparent that the pregnancy announcement was not hers, but instead, her sister Victoria’s. This is Victoria’s second child with her second baby daddy, and she seems excited to be expanding her family. This news comes despite the fact that Victoria apparently hasn’t gone through with the divorce from her first baby daddy, making things a little bit more complicated.
