It looks like Kailyn Lowry is opening a new chapter of her life.
She’s shocked fans time and again by changing the last names of her children to match or differ from their father’s name.
But now, she’s doing it for herself!

As we all know, Kailyn Lowry is a divorcee. She was previously married to the father of her second child, Javi Marroquin.
But when Kailyn got married to Javi, she chose to keep her last name.
“I chose not to change my last name to Marroquin, or hyphenate it,” she shared on her podcast Coffee Convos.

“Was that an issue with you and Javi by the way?” Lindsie asked.
Kail replied, “A little bit, yeah. It definitely bothered him. Especially because at the time his brother had gotten married maybe a month or two later and his wife went the next day and changed her last name.
She pointed out, “But I already had branding in my name. My entire brand had already been Kail Lowry.”

“Yeah people already knew you from 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom as Kailyn Lowry, or Kail,” Lindsie pointed out.
That’s when Kailyn revealed her on-screen name will be changing!
“Well on Teen Mom 2 they’re finally changing it to Kail,” she spilled.
It seems they’re finally listening to her requests.
