Due to some interesting laws in Delaware, the legal father of Kailyn’s new child might be her ex husband Javi. Apparently, if a child is born less than 300 days after a divorce, the ex-husband is considered the father unless he discharges his rights to the child.
As of now, Javi hasn’t, so we might be seeing an interesting development in their relationship soon.
