The cast members of Teen Mom are no strangers to custody battles. But if there’s one queen of custody courts, it has to be Jenelle Evans. Jenelle got a head start on the title when she began to battle her mother Barbara over custody of her first son Jace at the very beginning of Teen Mom 2. Barbara convinced Jenelle to sign over custody, and they’ve been feuding over the situation ever since.
We all know that Jenelle won’t stop fighting for Jace until she gets her way, but now there’s another custody battle on her plate. After Jenelle’s shocking gun incident, it looks like she may be at risk of losing custody of her son, Kaiser.

Jenelle Evans has made it very clear that she believes in her right to possess firearms. A few days ago, she made it clear that she also believes in her right to follow a man to his home and pull a gun on him because of the way that he was driving, too! Jenelle’s shocking actions have sent a ripple through the fanbase, and it seems Jenelle is in hot water after her hot headed choice. In fact, that decision could end up losing her both of her sons.
Lawyer Up

Jenelle’s second baby daddy Nathan Griffith is “frightened” about her recent behavior, reports Radar Online. He and his girlfriend Ashley Lanhardt stated:
“We are fearful. Her erratic behavior is frightening. Who follows someone home and trespasses on someone’s property?”
A source close to Nathan and Ashley confirmed that “They’re consulting with a lawyer about next steps” following the incident. Many fans have speculated that Barbara may be doing the same.
Furious Executives

And her children aren’t the only thing Jenelle may be losing. Her job could also be at stake as MTV executives are “furious” with her recent behavior.
“The higher-ups — and not the show higher-ups but the network execs — have the footage and are figuring out what to do with it,” a source from behind-the-scenes told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup . “They’re extremely upset by what they’re seeing.”
Fans will also get to see the entire drama go down, if MTV decides to air it. “The whole thing was definitely filmed,” the source confirmed. “It was all filmed on GoPro cameras. There was a full crew [there].”
Jenelle’s behavior is reportedly scaring the set workers on Teen Mom as well. “This latest gun-pulling incident has a lot of people — cast and crew — freaked out since the reunion is coming up in a few weeks,” the source informed The Ashley. “Because of David pulling a knife, everyone now has to go through metal detectors before entering the soundstage, but there’s still a concern that Jenelle could bring a weapon to set.”
