If Teen Mom has taught us anything, it’s that you have to be careful who you have a child with. No matter how much you may want an ex out of your life after your relationship ends, you’ll be co-parents with them for the rest of your life.
Jenelle Evans has learned this lesson a few times, but luckily, her first baby daddy Andrew Lewis no longer has custody of her son Jace. As for her relationship with her second baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, they seem to be co-parenting a lot better these days.
That just leaves her third baby daddy, David Eason. Regardless of Jenelle’s divorce announcement, she’ll have to navigate co-parenting her daughter Ensley with David… but now it seems like that will be a lot easier. The two were just spotted together in Nashville!
“I’ve mostly kept off social media the past few days because I’ve been focused on making some big life decisions,” Jenelle revealed on Instagram last week.
“I’ve lived my life on camera since I was 17 years old. And a lot of it hasn’t been pretty. But it’s been my life,” she continued. “Like anyone else I want what’s best for my kids and I want to be happy. With time away from Teen Mom I’ve started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes.
“I’m starting that now,” she wrote. Jenelle then continued to explain what is happening with her family.
She went on:
The kids and I have moved away from David.
Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me, and for my kids.
Today I’ve filed papers to start that process.
I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked how I am. Me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together. But you’ll hear from us again soon.
But according to an update by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, that wasn’t the only legal action that Jenelle took. She’s also filed for and was granted a restraining order against David… and then went into hiding.
“Jenelle is in hiding,” a source revealed to The Ashley. “She has no plans to return to The Land. She left the state and does not plan to come back to North Carolina for her stuff or anything. The kids are with her.”
But now it appears that the tension between Jenelle and David has dropped off. According to an update by Radar Online, Jenelle dropped the restraining order as of today.
