User ivettestar90 wrote, “‘Love the skin you’re in’ and ‘body positive’ hashtags are coming from the chick that had plastic surgery 😂😂.”
Some even criticized the way Kailyn angled herself in the shot. “Not to be that person but she’s literally hiding 70% of her body with the towel,” wrote reddit user mollybrooke95. “It’s an ‘illusion’……” User Rhopa_locera agreed, “She’s hiding half of her body with a towel. Of course she looks amazing.”
