Debra’s response seem to very clearly confirm that Farrah is, in fact, “selling her body in foreign lands for [money]”!

Many fans on reddit seem convinced that this is the case. User pinklobotomy alleged that Farrah went to Dubai to “[get] next year’s rent”!
Fans don’t seem too bothered by Farrah making that bread in whatever way she wants… but they are concerned about how this might affect Sophia.
