While Teen Mom OG was off the air during Amber Portwood’s stint in prison, Farrah released her memoir, MyTeenage Dream Ended, where she recounted all of the behind-the-scenes moments of her life before, during, and after 16 and Pregnant. Among some lascivious scenes and heartbreaking moments, Farrah and/or her ghostwriter penned the quote, “I’ve learned that although our dreams may die, if you open yourself up to life, new ones are born.”
Workout Coach
Back to making videos, Farrah released a “Baby Bum” workout video in 2012 on VHS. Farrah explained her reasoning for taking the time to get her heartrate up during the video, saying,
I have to say, I love working out because through being a teenager, through having a baby, after having a baby, being a chef an eating a lot — always work out! Come in handy. It can’t just be dieting or just running , it has to also be the combination of the two. So eat right and work out, and I think these core workouts will help you because they helped me.
Children’s Book Author
Farrah also wrote a children’s book called Passy Perfume in 2012. The back cover of the book reads:
Your most beloved reality star baby and mommy duo Farrah and Sophia Abraham from MTV’s Teen Mom and 16 and Pregnant original cast are back with their second book. New York Times best selling author for My Teenage Dream Ended, Farrah Abraham wanted to expand her literary creativity and make a book relatable for all parents and children and the answer was Passy Perfume. Farrah has struggled with Sophia for two years back and forth through her baby and toddler stages trying to break the bad habit of the pacifier, through crying, bribery, and exhaustion. Farrah finally won with promising Sophia one thing, her very own Passy Perfume, something that is timeless and has no bad consequences like crooked teeth! Farrah Abraham plans to bring Passy Perfume to market for all parents and children alike to have children sparkle with happiness with their timeless keepsake “Passy Perfume.”
