“As a professional makeup artist, I just can’t deal with this,” wrote user Shannybby on reddit, sharing an image of Leah’s makeup during a recent Teen Mom episode, when she and Kailyn Lowry were preparing for an event. During the scene, Kailyn opened up about a death in her family, but fans were more interested in Leah’s look!
“Who the hell did they hire for glam that day? Poor Leah, I wish they would’ve shown how Kail ended up looking.” And they’re not the only one who was confused.
“I just watched this and my husband was doing work on his laptop when this scene was happening. He stopped what he was doing and said, ‘Whoa, what is going on with her face?’ I laughed so hard,” wrote user Bluesfordaze. User BMike2855 agreed, “I thought something was wrong with the color on my TV. Guess it was fine.”

“Is it just me or does Leah’s face look really different? I can’t say what it is exactly though,” wrote Twitter user @AshGray23.
User @itsCarisa agreed, “Leah looks so good. She looks different not sure what it is. Either way she is still pretty.”
User @BeautyfulMissy wrote, “Leah looks like she had some work done on her face.”
But Leah didn’t let those rumors roll for very long. She tweeted, “The fact that you guys seriously think I’ve had some kind of plastic surgery… The skincare line I use is pretty phenomenal tho.”
She took to Instagram to address the rumors as well. “The fact that so many STILL think I’ve had plastic surgery [facepalm emoji]. I’m not opposed to some great boobs, but no… #wtf #iwontcaretotellya #nope #notatall.”
