Javi added that Chris’s behavior didn’t come as a surprise to him. “I know how it’s going to play out,” he said. “It goes back to when she wanted me to meet him. He’s not going to do anything for my son. It doesn’t surprise me at all.”
He also claimed that he was making Kailyn and her boys a “priority.”
“Make sure she’s safe, make sure the kids are safe, all three of them,” he said. “Make sure they’re all safe. I do trust Kail in the sense where if they ever are not safe she will come to me and ask for help and get out of that situation. As far as being a mom, she always has those kids first. Her safety is second.” He added, “I hope she can get away from all the negativity and be happy. She deserves it.”
Kailyn herself has never spoken out about any abuse rumors, but she has made it clear that she’s less than impressed with Chris’s presence in her life. After Chris recently confessed his love for her, Kailyn blew it off.

“Did you ever love Kail?” a fan asked Chris on Twitter. “Do you guys have a good co-parenting relationship for Lux? He’s really cute by the way.”
Chris replied, “Yea…” confirming that he did love Kailyn Lowry while they were together. “And we’re co-parenting.”
The fan replied, “Oh wow. That’s great. Some of us were under the impression you had nothing to do with the baby. Do you help financially? Was this something recent or have you been there since day 1?” Chris replied, “I wonder what gave y’all that impression,” with thinking and laughing emojis. He then added, “I watched my son shot out the box lol.”
But Kailyn didn’t buy it. “He didn’t love me, stop making something outta nothing. Goodnight.” But on a recent episode of her podcast Coffee Convos, Kailyn revealed that she had it bad for Chris. In fact, she had it so bad that he basically ruined love for her.
“I don’t believe in true love… since Chris,” she spilled. “I really thought Chris and I were… I would have done anything for him.”

These days, she’s far less head over heels. She recently threw serious shade at Chris for his parenting.
Chris took to Instagram to share some adorable photos of his rapidly growing son, captioning this adorable shot, “Can’t complain.” But apparently, Kailyn found something to complain about.
“Don’t be an Instagram parent,” Kailyn tweeted… all the way from her Hawaiian vacation! Chris fired back, “Buuuut a person who literally made a living off of putting their kids on tv and social media but hey who am I to talk.” He added, “honestly not worth my time lol.” Later, he tweeted, “I might have to violate someone today,” with a laughing emoji.
Amid the hefty accusations of Chris’s abuse, many fans are skeptical of the source. After all, Briana and Kailyn haven’t exactly been on good terms lately. And things have been even more tense since a Teen Mom sneak peek revealed she and Javi almost got engaged!

“Briana really loves me and I see that,” Javi says, revealing an engagement ring he seems to have picked out for his girlfriend!
In the next moment, his friend says what everyone’s thinking: “Javi, you’re moving way too quick.”
Briana seems to have been very aware of Javi’s intentions. “If he does ask you to marry him, are you going to say yes?” one of her friends asks. Briana responds, “I don’t know!”
Briana has since spoken out about the ring in question. She revealed to Radar Online that Javi never ended up getting down on one knee. However, she did say that she may have said yes if “things were a little different.” But she did add that “[The ring] was pretty!”
