There are many mysteries surrounding Kailyn Lowry right now. From the gender of her baby to who she slept with while Javi was deployed to who her baby daddy is (and if they’re the same person!), it is all up in the air.
The one thing in Kail’s life that seemed fairly straight forward were her feelings about her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin. But, the star took to Twitter earlier this month and threw even that into question with a pretty cryptic Tweet that led us to believe she might still be harboring some serious feelings for her ex…

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin may be over and done in real life, but they’re still in the midst of a pretty brutal separation on the MTV timeline. Both have moved on to new chapters in their lives — Javi with his new girlfriend, Madison (who was a cast member on The Real Word: Skeletons) and Kailyn with her mysterious third pregnancy.
Baby Number Three?

As fans probably know, there is virtually nothing we know about the newest Lowry baby. As with her two previous pregnancies, the star has chosen not to learn the baby’s gender ahead of time. She’s yet to reveal (and perhaps will never tell) the identity of the baby’s father or the full nature of their relationship.
The only things that we really do know came from Kailyn’s reps… And they honestly don’t tell us much of anything at all.

Seriously, we’ve got almost zero info on Lowry baby number three. Based on some of Kail’s statements regarding the timeline of her pregnancy news, the reveal, and her growing belly, fans have deduced that the star is about halfway through the pregnancy. Kailyn low-key confirmed this on Twitter, but she hasn’t made an official statement about her due date, as other Teen Moms have during their recent pregnancies.
