Jenelle Evans has had some hard times in her past. She’s dealt with drug addiction, domestic abuse, and an extremely strained relationship with her mother. However, things finally seem to be falling into place for her, and on top of having three healthy children, she has an upcoming wedding with fiancé David Eason.
But it looks like all of that perfection has to stop somewhere. Even though Jenelle might plan the perfect wedding, if her fiancé is in jail for the ceremonies, it may just put a serious damper on things.

It wasn’t a huge surprise when Jenelle announced that she and third baby daddy David Eason had taken the step and gotten engaged. In fact, for many fans, it seemed like only a matter of time before they locked it down.
She announced that David popped the question on a hiking trip and posted pictures of her new rock. It wasn’t long before she updated with an adorable save the date, and ever since then, she’s been updating us with wedding plans and excitement.
It won’t be long before we hear wedding bells ringing, but it seems like there might be one thing missing: A groom! The truth is… David won’t be able to make it to the wedding if he’s currently behind bars.

Jenelle has a bad history of finding men with criminal records, and David Eason is no different. In fact, he spent time in jail with her other ex, Courtland Rogers, as a cellmate.
Now David is facing more recent charges. He will soon have to face a jury after an alleged violation of his domestic violence protective order, according to Radar Online.
This happened after he happened across his son that he had with an ex-girlfriend at a grocery store and gave him a hug, violating the protective order. After that, a judge sentenced him to 60 days in jail.

However, the arrest warrant from New Hanover Cleark of Court’s Office tells a different story of the incident, according to Radar Online. In the warrent, it says David’s son’s grandmother and aunt were “frightened” after David “grabbed” his son, even after he was told to move away.
David’s court date was set for August 7th, but there haven’t been any updates about the outcome of the event. His attorney told Radar, “I’m confident he will be vindicated in court after a jury hears the facts.” But now fans are worried that this will mess up his wedding plans with Jenelle.
