He came through!
The thought of having to raise a child by yourself is scary for any mother-to-be, but that was what Kailyn had to go through for her entire pregnancy. Even though she was reportedly in a rocky place with Chris even before the pregnancy, after she became pregnant, he made it pretty clear that he didn’t want anything to do with her or the baby — by all but dropping off the face of the earth.
No one expected Chris to be in the delivery room, but that didn’t stop Kail from holding out hope that he would change his mind at the last minute and decide to turn up. Well, it looks like that’s exactly what happened.

Being pregnant is difficult to go through alone, especially when you’re experiencing a pregnancy as difficult as Kailyn’s. When fans were asking her whether or not the pregnancy rumors were true nine months ago, she opened up, “I am pregnant. Please know this was a choice I made, I already know some won’t agree but I’ve been showered with support by the ones I love since I found out. Why did I wait?” she said.
“I’ve had a lot of health complications leading up to this pregnancy and I was not ready to release such private information on my own just yet being that I am so high risk with this pregnancy. I didn’t want to announce just to have another miscarriage and suffer through another grief.”
“Very Angry”

In fact, one of Kailyn’s friends told Hollywood Life that Kailyn was extremely angry with Chris for stepping back from the pregnancy. They said that Kailyn is “still very, very angry with Chris but she’s trying not to let those emotions take over.”
They went on to say that Kailyn was trying to keep things together for the sake of her sons. “She wants to stay happy and positive for her kids,” the source says. “She hates it when they see her crying. She’s not letting her anger take over but she’s certainly not going to let Chris just skate away on this. She’s going after him.”
Not Alone

Fans, and maybe even Kailyn herself, expected Kail to be leaving the hospital by herself after giving birth to Baby Lo, but that wasn’t the case. Radar Online reports that Kailyn and Chris were spotted leaving the hospital together, helping his new baby boy into the car. Kailyn was all smiles and seemed to be over the moon to have her two men by her side.
Radar reports that, in traditional Kail fashion, the new family stopped for Starbucks before making their way home. But they also reported that Chris remained with Kailyn and Baby Lo even after they got home.
