On a recent episode of Teen Mom OG, Cheyenne and Zach went engagement ring shopping.

They looked at some major bling, including one that cost $60,000.

“Oh that’s nice. Come on, just think about that on my hand,” Cheyenne said about the expensive piece of jewelry.

“Hear that?” Zach said when he heard the price.

“You have a lot to think about,” Cheyenne replied.

But apparently, the couple has been seriously thinking about marriage lately.

Cheyenne’s parents have been pressuring her to tie the knot with Zach, but Cheyenne wants to wait for him to make the decision.

“I think we have to wait for him to propose. If he wants to propose, let’s let the man have a chance to do so,” she told her dad in the episode.

But later, the couple discussed their future together.

“I don’t want you to feel rushed, I don’t want you to feel like it was a pressured situation,” Cheyenne told her boyfriend. “I don’t want us to look back and say we only got married because our families pressured us.”

She added that she did initially want to get married before having another baby. But, as we all know, that’s not how things went down!

In real time, Cheyenne has revealed to fans that she and Zach are expecting already. But unfortunately, she also opened up about health concerns regarding her pregnancy.

“This is my 2537392937229 time addressing this,” Cheyenne wrote via her Instagram story. “Enlarged thyroids run in my family.”

“My sister and I get ours checked regularly,” she shared.

“I appreciate your messages and concerns but please stop diagnosing us through your TV,” she penned.

Fans sounded off with mixed feelings on reddit.

“I’m not sure the context of how people are bringing it up but if it’s out of genuine concern she really should be too rude,” one opined. “I know of two instances where people noticed things, reached out to the celeb/news host and it ended up being cancer.”

Another wrote, “I never noticed her neck. Too busy living my life. Those people need help.”
