When your stardom revolves around pregnancy and motherhood, weight fluctuation is just going to be part of it. Even though all of the moms have their own ways of dealing with the baby weight, Chelsea’s weight loss has her fans impressed, as well as curious about how she pulled it off.
Chelsea has recently welcomed her second baby, Watson DeBoer, with her husband Cole. She’s adjusting to life as a mother of two as well as living large in the married life.
Even though having two children can’t be easy, Chelsea seems to be a natural at it. What’s surprised fans is just how quickly she’s snapped back from the baby weight and is looking better than ever.
Attentive fans may have noticed that Chelsea’s body has been changing since she gave birth to Watson… But in the opposite direction that you’d expect.
Instead of holding on to baby weight post-birth, Chelsea lost the baby weight and then some. She is actually smaller now than before she was pregnant.
A fan asked Chelsea on Twitter to explain how she’d dropped the weight.
They wrote, “how’d you get back in the best shape ever after baby? You look awesome. Due end of September and need some realistic tips.”
Chelsea replied that it was all about diet. She said, “Omg girl. I’m on a strict/ low carb diet… it was not easy! But I’m 10lbs less than I was before I got pregnant, so it’s been worth it!”
