Fans have noticed a pretty significant change about Chelsea since she had her second child, Watson. After her delivery, she shed her baby weight and then some, and lately, she’s been showing off a toned and fit body. She also recently shared with fans how she did it: by sticking to a low-carb diet.
“How did @ChelseaHouska lose her baby weight? Need tips!” wrote one of her fans on Twitter. Chelsea shot back quickly, “Low carb.”
“She also does Crossfit, working out and lifting,” another fan chimed in according to OK Magazine. But busy mom Chelsea pointed out, “I wish I still did CrossFit ? I haven’t been to a gym since I was pregnant haha.”
But now, fans are concerned that there may be more about this diet that sucks.
“Does anyone know if Chelsea was doing the keto diet during her latest pregnancy?” pondered user bellalett on reddit. “I was curious because I’ve read that pregnant women shouldn’t be on that diet.”
