Celebrity Injector Jennifer DiLandro Breaks Down 'Teen Mom' Stars' Surgical Secrets

It’s no secret that stars from all walks — whether they’re a-listers of niche reality celebs — are prone to get some nips and tucks to change the way they look.

When it comes to the cast of MTV’s Teen Mom franchise, many of the girls are reluctant to admit exactly what work they’ve had done, even when it’s obvious to fans they’ve gone under the knife.

But they’re not fooling anyone anymore!

Celebuzz sat down with Jennifer DiLandro, filler and injection expert and owner of New York’s Dolce Aesthetics to get the truth about the changes to the Teen Mom stars’ looks — and where some of them went wrong.

Jenelle Evans has gone through a lot since her time on 16 and Pregnant, but many suspect she’s also had some physical changes as well.

But Jenelle’s changes are subtle, and it’s hard to tell what’s been done since she constantly denies she’s had any work on her face!

We sat down with a plastic surgery expert to get her take on what work Jenelle has really done.

Jennifer has 15 years of experience working in the Med Spa industry for over 15 years. Jennifer specializes in using Botox and fillers to re-shape her clients’ facial features without requiring surgery. She is in the top 250 injectors in the country, ranked 174th in the nation by Allergan.

“Each patient’s treatment is created and done specifically for them,” Jen previously told Celebuzz. She sets out to make each client “feel comfortable and special, each and every time that they walk into our office.”

But not every reality star gets their work done by an expert like Jen… and it shows. Unfortunately, some stars make the mistake of not visiting skilled injectors, and the difference shows.

Now, Jen is breaking down the new looks of these Teen Mom stars to speculate what she thinks went wrong and how the girls could improve their looks.

According to Jen, there’s simply no question that Jenelle has had her lips filled, which is a common rumor among fans. But this expert says that’s not all she’s had.

Jen says it appears Jenelle has also had Botox in her forehead as well as surgery on her nose.

“I have seen Jenelle in person,” Jen explained. “Word on the street is she had no work done… Ok, Jenelle. [Come] back to planet Earth.”

Luckily, she believes Jenelle isn’t beyond help.

This expert recommends light botox and a brow lift for Jenelle’s forehead, as well as Vollure fillers for her lip. She recommends focusing on the bottom lip, as she sees the top as being already “a bit overdone.”

This injector is writing in a prescription for a heavy dose of reality.
