Although we see some exciting and uplifting moments on Teen Mom, the stars are no stranger to sharing their difficult and heartbreaking times as well.
Unfortunately, heartbreak has just stricken Teen Mom star Amber Portwood and her loved ones, and she’s opening up about the tragedy.
It’s no question that things have been difficult for Amber Portwood lately. On top of that, a global pandemic isn’t exactly helping things – and now she’s unfortunately been hit with a tragedy.
According to a heartbreaking update from The Sun, Amber’s “beloved” grandmother Sharon Webb has passed away.
A source close to Amber reveals that she is “devastated” by this loss, as she and her grandmother were “very close.”
“She had been very sick,” the insider explained.
Sharon’s obituary revealed that she worked at Anderson Community Schools and was “everyone’s favorite lunch lady” for twenty years.
“She was full of life, wasn’t backwards about a thing and most of all a best friend to anyone that knew her,” the obituary read.
“She’s a beautiful soul and an angel that walked this Earth sent here to make you smile. Her strength and sense of humor will be passed down for generations through her family,” the obituary continued.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 58 years, as well as five children, 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Fans’ thoughts and prayers are with the family.
