Even more charges!
If you’ve been keeping up with Chelsea Houska’s baby daddy Adam Lind, you know that he’s been racking up some pretty serious charges. Amidst DUIs and failure to pay child support, he’s been in and out of court multiple times in past months.
Now news is surfacing that he faced a secret arrest that may be more serious than the others.

Trouble With the Law

This isn’t the first time that Chelsea Houska’s baby daddy, Adam Lind, has faced trouble with the law. In recent months, he’s faced arrests for DUIs and failure to pay child support. His other ex, Taylor Halibur, has even taken him to court with proof that he posted on Facebook about binge drinking, drug useage, and even jokes about rape.
But Radar has recently obtained more information about Adam’s troubled history with the law.
Intent to Commit Theft

According to Radar, Adam has some more criminal acts in his history. He was charged with one count of burglary in 2010 when he entered a home with “the intent to commit theft.”
On a second count, he received charges of petty theft in the second degree when he “did take or exercise control over the property of another, which property was described as gasoline, with intent to deprive said owner of this property and which property had a value of less than four hundred dollars.”
Criminal Tresspassing

In addition to the crimes of theft, Adam was also charged with criminal tresspassing in January of 2011. According to Radar, he “entertained or remained in a building… and thereby committed the offense of criminal trespassing.”
Adam pled guilty to the lesser charge of entering or refusing to leave and was sentenced to 80 days in Minnehaha County Jail.
