Maci was featured in the pilot episode of 16 and Pregnant. Her episode focused on the issues in her relationship with her baby’s father, Ryan Edwards. Those issues continued throughout her segments on Teen Mom OG. She married her husband, Taylor McKinney in 2016 and the couple has two children together.
Ryan has also married and had another child. However, he primarily draws attention for his substance abuse, specifically when he drove to his own wedding high!
Chelsea’s initial 16 and Pregnant episode focused on her shaky relationship with her first baby daddy, Adam Lind. How things change! Now, she is happily married to Cole DeBoer and expecting her third child.

Formspring revealed that Kayla has something in common with a 16 and Pregnant co-star. A user asked Kayla, “What do you think about tyler asking for catelynn’s phone records? Would you ever agree to that?”
In an unexpected response, Kayla wrote, “Well I can’t judge them because I’ve recently asked for records myself,” and went on to share that she asked JR for his phone records because “he had been calling a girl, but he said he hadn’t been.”
Unlike Kayla and J.R., Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell were able to get past their trust issues and make things work. The couple is now married. Though they gave their first daughter, Carly, up for adoption on 16 and Pregnant, they now have a daughter, Nova. Their third pregnancy tragically ended in a miscarriage, but the couple is currently trying to have another baby!
